To qualify for the Bloom 20% Small Business Discount:

• You must employ no more than 10 people

• You must have recorded a gross profit of no more than £200,000 in the last tax year

• You must not be part of a large chain of businesses - 3 business premises or fewer

• You must not own any separate or subsidiary companies

If you are a localised community initiative or charity, you are not constrained by any of the above terms, but you will need to provide your registered charity number.
